This is IVORY not bone, purchased about 1969 or 1970.

From upper left - Counterclockwise

Small nut blank - 2 1/8" x 1/8" x 3/8"
Thin saddle blank - 4 1/8" x 1/16" x 5/16"
Saddle Blank - 3 7/8" x 3/32" x 9/16"
Martin style tapered nuts - 2 1/8" x 7/16" x 1/4"-3/16"
Nut blanks - 2" x 3/8" x 1/4"

To the right of the ruler is pretty scrapy stuff, probably the high value items are the Martin style nuts, $100 takes it all.
